This great flexibility to represent a great deal of structures by means of a tree is possible thanks to a very simple and powerful administration system- every organization can define its structure using all the necessary areas and levels.

DoPlanning is a collaborative web application for organizations that in a simple way allows to manage:

Every area in the DoPlanning tree is a cooperative space where the users interact sharing documents and posting messages. Each area can display a unique logo or banner defined by the area administrator which identifies the objective in the area.


Furthermore, the tree offers an easy and powerful permissions management system: when a user is associated with an area, he gets access to this specific area and all those depending on it.


Using just one application any organization can manage its departments, projects, courses, etc., through a really simple and powerful permissions management system


DoPlanning is available on any browser and it has a version for hand devices like PDAs, cell phones etc.



Usuario

Every user will have:

 
  • A private space called "My Files", to create their own structure of folders and documents, easily accessible on the internet.
  • A "Contacts" window, to store the information related to their contacts, which will be available from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • A DoPlanning window, to send SMS in a handy way.
Administrador

The administrator in a DoPlanning organization will be able to

 
  • Delegate management tasks starting from a specific area to make his work easier.
  • Decide which users can send SMS.
